There are 4 types of Mono Solar Panels:

1-Mono-Crystalline

2-Mono-PERC(Passivated Emitter and Rear Contact)

3-Mono-TopCon(Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contacts)

4-Mono-HJT(Hetero Junction Technology)

We can differentiate between the 4 types of solar cells in terms of cell efficiency. Monocrystalline solar cells have a 15 to 20% efficiency. MonoPERC have a 24% efficiency, MonoTopCon have a 26% efficiency and MonoHJT start at 26% for monofacial to 30% for bifacial cells.
